that's the original placement.

without it, the hook can't lay as flat on the windshield which could be a problem.

some designs of the plastic wiper are different......not all of them can lay flat...

中石化下午6時加油價　每公升加0.28元

剛在上星期二減油價的中石化，宣布調高油價，兩款汽油每公升加0.28元，今日下午6時起生效。

兩款汽油新價是每公升17.52元及16.58元。

中石化表示，加價是由於油品價格出現波動，會密切注意市場走勢，若可能，將盡快相應調整零售價。
