法院裁定Amina違反感化令明早判決

東區裁判法院裁定，終審法院常任法官包致金的姪女Amina襲警後，違反感化令七項要求的其中五項，明早判決。控方表示，最嚴重的情況，法庭可以再就案件判刑。法院一連兩日進行內庭聆訊，今日傳召感化官作供，並接受控、辯雙方提問，Amina亦有到庭應訊。

三十四歲的Amina今年一月在跑馬地駕車時，與旅遊巴相撞。警方到場調查時，她拒絕提供酒精呼氣樣本，並掌摑阻止她離開的警員。Amina承認襲警、不小心駕駛等三項控罪，判接受感化，停牌一年及罰款八千元，感化令要Amina到美國，接受住院式戒酒治療，再回港接受戒酒療程，並要定期接受心理及精神治療，但裁判官早前審閱感化進度報告時，發現Amina違反感化令條件。

Then go check la, even repair cost is say another 500, your total cost will only be 600. But a new one will cost at least 3000. You saved your 2,400 wor....the end result is the same, you will have a fully functional DC.
