however, if you buy many items, e.g for big house, it saves a lot to buy in china.....

尋晚見到嘅情況係唔計傢私 90% OK 啦，下個禮拜上埋傢私就可以入伙，裝修手工方面絕對一流水準，傢私質量就未知，不過佢係慢工出細貨個隻，你唔會睇到佢進度膨膨聲，如果你係心急人就抆死你，但係最後又做到你要嘅 outcome.

I 睇啱咗 for a long time , but it is much expensive than step (around 200k), estima cost 350k......near double
So i have no choice

之前睇啱咗架 08 年黑色齊料 $330K ，大人話唔係咁好坐，再睇吓先，之後去 Honda showroom睇，一坐架 Step 就話好舒服，仲催我即時開單，我估講到尾佢都係價錢問題

No need decoration now, may be 1-2 years later when I prepare to have 2nd baby.....

佢個市場定位係介乎設計公司與裝修佬之間，所以價錢係平過設計公司但又貴過裝修佬，佢基本上乜都幫你處理哂，對好似我地咁無乜時間理嘅人，就最幫到手，不過佢好多 jobs，搵佢要預早啲
