the concept is to generate more HP must need more gas and air.....there are 2 ways to do that....
1) bigger engine
2) faster RPM

Honda vtec sporty engine is good at 2), with a small N/A engine, it can generate high output at very high RPM (over 7000rpm). But don't try it on our Stepwgn, because our engine is tune differently.
