From the photo, see the fish eyes,  rim, front and back lips, round tail light, it looks like RG3, but pls check it is 2.4 or 2.0, because I can not see "2.4" words at the backside nearby STEPWGN words.

If 70% urban, base on now petrol price $15.x - $16.x per L, it is around $2 per km....
