想請問RG3 07 尾排安全帶拉到盡都唔lock死， 兩邊咁啱都係咁， 係唔係壞咗？ 整大約幾錢？

it won't lock if you pull it slowly......

You can firstly let the belt roll back to the original position manually, then slowly pull it out again to see if it still be locked.
